WPT® Global Fall Festival Features Three WPT Championship Events This September

Following a successful summer festival, WPT® Global* offers online poker players another trove of MTTs this September, including three more World Poker Tour® Championship events.
“We’ve seen multiple new members to the WPT Champions Club coming from WPT Global, and another opportunity is right around the corner,” said WPT CEO Adam Pliska. “Online players should mark their calendars for all the WPT Global Fall Festival action.”
Festival Schedule and Highlights
The WPT Global Fall Festival will run September 8-30. Serving as the festival finale is the $3,500 WPT Championship, which will award the winner a spot on the Mike Sexton WPT Champions Cup. The $1,000,000 guaranteed tournament will play down Sept. 22-30.
For the ultimate mid-stakes competition, players can enter the $1,060 WPT Prime Championship event, which sports a $750,000 guarantee. This event entails 14 Day-1 flights from Sept. 15-22 and also concludes with a Day-2 finale on Sept. 22.
“With each online festival, WPT Global continues to scale up the competition and value,” said Alex Scott, WPT Global President. “We are proud to offer players a wide range of MTT options, anchored by the prestigious WPT Championship events on the schedule.”
Opening the festival on Sept. 8 will be the $530 WPT 500 Championship with a $400,000 guarantee. The finale will occur on Sept. 15.
Total Prize Pool
In total, the Fall Festival will offer more than $8.5 million in guaranteed prize money. There will also be a multitude of Mystery Bounty events offered, accounting for more than $3 million of the total guaranteed prize money.
